Took my Durango in for exhaust manifolds. I purchased the parts prior from this dealership due to the shop I work at getting a parts discount. I was quoted $750. Shortly after the vehicle was dropped off we parts prior from this dealership due to the shop I work at getting a parts discount. I was quoted $750. Shortly after the vehicle was dropped off we recieved a call saying the heads would need removed. Being a mechanic I completely understood the situation. When I was told the cost would now be $1300 I approved the repairs without issue. After repairs where completed I was told the bill is now $1658. This is on top of the $350 worth of parts I purchased from this dealer for this job. I simply asked why the increase and was told due to parts. Not sure how this dealership works but at the dealer I work for we put parts on our qoutes. But I excepted the reasoning and didnt contest the charges. No complaints. A week later I'm driving home and attempted to clean my windshield. Washers nozzles wouldnt spray. Thought nothing of it and figured it was out of fluid. Fill it up today and try again. Still nothing. Open the hood and try. Washer fluid squirting out underneath the hood. Both nozzles are broken off under the hood and one is being held together with a wire tie. I never had any issue prior to this repair. So I take it back to the dealer. I explain what happened. I'm told there is no way they did this. And I'm basically called a liar. So you're telling me your tech spent over 8 hours under my hood and there isn't the slightest possibilty that he could have caught the hose and broke them off? I spent $2000 dollars at this dealer to fix my vehicle and they want to fight me over $70 worth of washer nozzles. This dealers service department is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere and get better service. Ps. Ebay has OEM nozzles $12 for the set. More
I have now used this service center twice and have had an awful experience both times. The customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Today I made the second attempt to have a recall pair executed......on awful experience both times. The customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. Today I made the second attempt to have a recall pair executed......on the first attempt I made an appt 2 weeks in advance yet after spending an hour in the waiting room I was told they didnt have all the parts to complete it!! I return there today, again with an advance appt. and despite there being FOUR people behind the checkin desks I am directed to the one person on the phone. I stand and wait for him to complete his call (several minutes) while the other three stand and look at me. Then, after handing over my keys and spending time in the waiting area I am AGAIN told they don't have the parts. xxx??? A massive waste of my time and time away from work. Unreal.....just unreal. They would do well to make a trip to the VW dealership down the road and see what great customer service actually looks like More

I am sorry you were so inconvenienced.” It is easy to say and then stand behind that comment. It is as simple as that. More
Helpful and good experience Alex Johnson in the service department was extremely helpful and professional. He provided me with accurate information regarding my car that assisted me in determining how to move forward with my car. Dave Susko was also extremely professional. He did not use a "pressure" sales tactic, rather he was patient and assisted me in looking at several options when deciding whether or not to purchase a new car. More

Repairing their “repairs” after 4+ chances Can I give them zero stars? Brought my Jeep in for a water pump replacement. They didn’t put the radiator cap back on in the process. Unknowingly drov Can I give them zero stars? Brought my Jeep in for a water pump replacement. They didn’t put the radiator cap back on in the process. Unknowingly drove my “newly repaired” Jeep to dinner and came out to find all the coolant on the ground. Since there wasn’t coolant left I had to tow it back to the dealership. When I picked it up the second time I noticed they over-filled the coolant reservoir. When I took some coolant out I noticed they had used the wrong coolant to refill the system (mixed purple OAT in with my pink HOAT coolant). So I had to take it back a third time. For everyones information this mistake can cause head gasket failure (a $2000+ repair). When I took it in a third time the service writer (Alex) was extremely rude and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. After getting another opinion from parts they found out I was right. Also told Alex I did NOT want technician 621 to repair my vehicle as he has screwed up twice and I was worried about him screwing up again (or seeking retribution for me finding his screw-ups). Got the system flushed and hoped that would be the end of it. Got my vehicle back that day to find not only had technician 621 worked on my vehicle against my wishes but they performed UNAUTHORIZED repairs. They did a recall and put dirty hand prints all through the interior of my car without asking for authorization. I just took my car home, deep cleaned the interior, and hoped that was the end of it. Finally, while doing my own oil change about 2-3 weeks after the repairs I found out they did not put all the bolts back in after doing one of the previous “repairs”. When I went in for a FOURTH visit to address the missing bolts Alex, the service writer, accused me of sabotaging my personal vehicle this time. When trying to talk to the service manager (there have been 3 people claim to be the service manager through this whole ordeal, first Bill, the Ed, then Dan) they basically told me more lies about how it wasn’t their fault. Spoke to the owner (Larry) and he didn’t care about any of this. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Your Jeep is likely to come out with all sorts of damage and issues that unless you’re a Jeep expert you won’t catch until its too late. Since they won’t take accountability for simple missing bolts don’t bet on them owning up for that $2000+ head gasket repair they cause... More
Best Service here - after worst experience at 3 Rivers I purchased my Dodge Ram Crew Cab with Hemi brand new from 3 Rivers Dodge; however, near the end of the warranty, when the truck engine started chirpi I purchased my Dodge Ram Crew Cab with Hemi brand new from 3 Rivers Dodge; however, near the end of the warranty, when the truck engine started chirping I took it in for service there and had a horrible experience there. After talking to a RAM rep directly at the corporate office, they advised I try another dealership - so we went to South Hills Dodge Ram in McMurray PA. Alex, the service mg - was very easy to work with and the whole experience was a world of difference - in a good way - compared to the other dealer. They isolated the issue to the engine, which was still covered under warranty. Alex got us set up with a loaner vehicle and kept us in the loop on the work and finish date. Thank you South Hills Dodge - and Alex - for great service! More
Terrible Dealership This is truly the worst dealership I have ever seen in my life. Never take a vehicle there for service. I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from here 3 mont This is truly the worst dealership I have ever seen in my life. Never take a vehicle there for service. I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from here 3 months ago and negotiated a tonneau cover into my deal. I was told the cover would be overnighted to the dealership. It did not come in until a month later. When I was finally able to take my truck up to have the cover installed I was told that it would only take 15-20 minutes. Two hours later they finally gave me my truck back and the cover looked horrible. I took the truck back up a week later to let them know my concern with it and they adjusted it, which took another hour and a half. They will lie to you at ever point during your visit. Last week I had to take my truck there for service again because the radio and self-parking feature were not working correctly. This was now the 3rd time in 3 months that I had to take this vehicle in for service. After I called to set up the appointment for the following week, I had to call 3 times before someone from the service department called me back to confirm the appointment and let me know I had a loaner car set up for me. They kept the truck for 8 days and I had to call everyday to find out when I could get my truck back. I was promised a loaner truck whenever I needed service and was given a Jeep Cherokee instead, which did not fit my lifestyle, especially when they had to keep my truck over the weekend. I called the GM, Larry, to voice my displeasure and he did nothing to help me out or ease my concerns with the dealership that he runs. He proceeded to yell at me when I got angry with his poor management and oversight of his dealership. I hope no one ever has to deal with this man because he is nothing but unreasonable. Never buy a vehicle from this dealership. One star is to many, but picked Zero stars is not an option. More
