No pressure! We were lucky to have been referred to Charlie by one of his coworkers at Kia. We knew exactly which car we wanted to look at and possibly purchase. After I called to ask about the Jeep, he had it pulled around, snow removed and ready for us to see! (I don't know if I should say this or not but...) He basically threw us the keys and said we could take it for a ride! I loved that because having the pressure of a salesman in the car while I drive makes me crazy. We took a spin and checked it all out ourselves. Lucky for our salesman, I fell in love with the car (we had been researching and test drive at another dealer). We went through numbers, no problems, done and done. Charlie was also very hospitable! Offering us drinks and his famous popcorn and talking to our 7 month old son. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because Charlie could have went over the car with me to make sure I saw and understood everything, of course he knew my husband already had a Jeep. Also, the car wasn't detailed very carefully but, no biggie. We'll be back to see Charlie in the future! Thanks again! More
