Can't reseal a tire properly. I brought my car in to have a tire looked at. After 2 hours of waiting they told me it needed resealed. I was charged $58, which seems like an awful lot to reseal a tire. The following morning I woke up to a flat tire. I put air back in the tire because when I called the service department they told me that it might have needed time to cure and might be fine. It wasn't. I came out of work the same day to a flat again. Now I have to put air in the tire two or three times a day for the next three days because I don't have time to bring it back in. Unlike the service department I start work at 5 am and work until 4 or 5 in the evening. The girl at the desk was nice but the work done was terrible, especially because it should be a very easy, routine repair. If the service department can't handle fixing a tire then I have trouble trusting them to do any real work. More
