The problem is, the car had more issues than I anticipated. I wasn't offered a test drive, just to look at the car, and I was sold a car with the TIRE SENSOR LIGHT on. I was told if it doesn't shut off, to bring it up. I didn't realize I would have to pay to find out what the problem is for an issue that occured before it was even in my possession. I also was not expecting to have issues with the cigarette lighter (won't work), a buggy AUX and more issues to be there when I bought the car. For the price I paid, I expected to not have that many problems. I am a college student, I wasn't expecting to have so many issues within weeks of having it! **Feb 2018** Their team did everything they could to get me in a vehicle and got me a better rate than anybody else I have previously gone to. Charlie was down to earth and answered any questions I had. I believe he went up and beyond his duties to make this an easy and non-stressful process. I was not pressured at all. I deeply apologize for forgetting the financial lady's name, but she was very lovely too! More
