I traded in a vehicle and purchased a 2024 Ram 1500. The finance company has paid the dealership for the new truck and after almost a month the dealership has not paid off the trade-in. Do not buy from them! They lack integrity, lie, and are incompetent with vehicles! I bought a used vehicle from them. They claimed they never saw anything wrong with the vehicle. The entire headliner needs to be fixed! I had to call and email the GM on 4 different occasions before he would speak to me. I even spoke to the owner of the dealership. They were not willing to help or make this situation right and dismissed me. Don't make the same mistake I did by purchasing a vehicle from South Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!!!! More

car damaged by dealership I had to stop here while on the road. they said I needed breaks. while with the dealer an employee accidently smashed the front grill of my caravan. The dealer agreed they did the damage. told me to get my car fixed and they would reimburse me. The bill was very low. The repair shop only charged for the part. and the dealership won't reimburse me even though they have the bill and promised they would reimburse me. We are only talking $350. Very Sad More
