It took over 2 hours for oil change and brake check, unacceptable. Poor customer service and communication. After complaining I was told the reason for the wait was for a test drive. Mike tested car s unacceptable. Poor customer service and communication. After complaining I was told the reason for the wait was for a test drive. Mike tested car stated brakes normal. Yes, they fixed the brakes but they didn't report the changes on the service bill. Happy brakes were fixed. In my opinion there too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Your staff needs to work on communication between each other along with customers. Thanks More
I only went for an oil change and for the services required after reaching 18,000 miles on the car. I was told that those services included changing my air filter and rotating my tires. After waiting required after reaching 18,000 miles on the car. I was told that those services included changing my air filter and rotating my tires. After waiting about four hours for my car I found out that they performed an extra service and charged me an additional $80 for that service. More
After 4 years the key fob (door locking mechanism) stopped working. We were told that it was not under warranty and reprogramming it would cost about $95. So much for 10 year/100k mi waranty. I'll stopped working. We were told that it was not under warranty and reprogramming it would cost about $95. So much for 10 year/100k mi waranty. I'll buy American next time. More
I had my 2006 Kia Optima service there for the 30000 mile service. When another KIA dealership serviced my car for scheduled service they call me over to look at the transmission oil and told me it needed to service. When another KIA dealership serviced my car for scheduled service they call me over to look at the transmission oil and told me it needed to be serviced because the fluid was very black. I told how could that be I just had a 30000 mile service done where they are suppose to change the filter and fluid. The service department call Kendall Kia service department and asked did they change the fluid in the transmission and they said they did but did not drain the torque coverter which holds 5 of the 15 quarts of fluid this model holds. This means Kendall Kia added 66 percent new fluid to 33 percent dirty fluid. What kind of service is that. Would you add 66 percent clean water to 33 percent dirty water and drink it. No I do not think so. This dealership does the bare minimum and overcharges for their shady work. I would never recommend this dealership. More
