In addition, she has extraordinary communication skills. Eric, the sales Manager went out of his way to solve a small problem for me. I was fortunate to meet Sean, the managing partner. He went above and beyond to talk about the culture he is maintaining at the dealership. He is a real believer in the old motto that the customer is king. Although the dealership is a bit of a drive from our home, my wife and are committed to take care our service at South Coast Lexus. We made a lot of friends there in no time. More
Worst experience ever. I bought a used lexus from them . As much as i tried to ask all the right questions, the sales person, Chris Ward lied to me about the condition of a I bought a used lexus from them . As much as i tried to ask all the right questions, the sales person, Chris Ward lied to me about the condition of a major part of the front suspension , telling me the former owner had everything replaced. I drove the car back to Colorado only to experience issues during the drive home . I took it to my local lexus dealer the next monday only to find the repairs had not been made and I was looking at a $3500 repair bill. I tried to work things out with the dealer and they did the least amount possible. DO NOT buy a used car from these guys. Once you are out the door they wont give xxxx about you or your car. More
Do not take your car here for service for multiple reasons. 1) They don't know what they are doing. I told them of a few issues and they came up with the dumbest excuse as to why it might be happenin reasons. 1) They don't know what they are doing. I confirmed what they said with an independent mechanic and they agreed that the Lexus mechanics overlooked some basic things. 2) Although common knowledge, Lexus charges a ridiculous amount for their services which would be fine if they were competent, but hey are not. 3) If you get a loaner car now, BE AWARE, they will charge you 3 times the amount of gas you use at a double the cost per gallon. I put 30 miles on the loaner and they charged me for three gallons at 8 bucks per gallon. So their cars only get 10 miles per gallon???? Total scam. More

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department due to their new policy where you can only use credit card payments for maintenance if the amount exceeds $500. This rule is inconvenient for most people who do not carry a lot of cash. Additionally, they attempted to upsell a a tire alignment on a fairly new car, which felt pushy and unprofessional. I will not get my car serviced at a SoCal Lexus dealer ever again. Please look elsewhere. More

I purchased my 2023 Lexus Rx350h online and had the best possible experience thanks to Zoe S. She made everything happen perfectly including getting the car trucked to my location. There were some issues with the trucking company but Zoe handled everything and kept reassuring me that she was there to make my purchasing experience as excellent as possible. I would highly recommend working with her and I'm sure the dealership knows what a gem they have in Zoe S.
