The salesman that helped me( Tyrell Ell) went above and beyond to make sure I got a good reliable car from the moment I pulled into the lot. He worked with me on pricing & what i could afford monthly. I felt that he and the finance team made sure I was given the best opportunity as for me! Tyrell was wonderful he didn't make me feel like I was hustled or what I wanted wasn't important. He listened to me, took all of my other bills & expenses into consideration and still managed to get me in a really great car. Great Service I brought my Jeep Cherokee in because it was having problems and the check engine light was on. I didn't have an appointment but Brett took my car ri I brought my Jeep Cherokee in because it was having problems and the check engine light was on. I didn't have an appointment but Brett took my car right away. He was fantastic. He listened to all of the problems, clearly explained what they were going to do to diagnose the problems, and fully explained the warranty left on the Jeep and costs and coverage. Brett called later the same day, asked a few questions to get additional information, fully explained what they were finding, explained the next steps with the warranty company and kept me up to date on a daily basis of the status and eventually coverage and costs. Brett was great to work with and is an outstanding service rep. When I picked up the Jeep, the repairs were completed just as Brett had explained and the charges were accurate and even a little less than expected because of Brett. I would recommend Brett and South County Dodge to anyone with a Chrysler vehicle that is having a problem. More
