My boyfriend is a veteran and did not qualify for the military discount but Steve was able to get us more for our trade in to help cover some of the cost! Allen Maxsengil is took horrible situation, made it worse After going to another dealer to fix yet another problem caused by this dealer, they found that the reason my rear courtesy light wasn't working was b After going to another dealer to fix yet another problem caused by this dealer, they found that the reason my rear courtesy light wasn't working was because the tech at South County simply was too lazy to hook it back up after he disconnected it, and left it burning in the recesses of my vehicle I was told that this was a fire hazard and Allen Massengill immediately started with the excuses and BS, stringing me along for a week for nothing. he didn't care whatsoever, and actually blamed it on everyone except his dealership I see lots of positive reviews, but remember, dealers are always friendly and courteous until you buy the vehicle. it's what happens after the sale that matters, and if you have any problems with your vehicle, and take it to this service department, you will see the incompetence, lack of responsibility for their work, and the general incompetence of this place. More
