I was served using the express lane for a tire rotation/oil change. My service advisor, Mike Riley, advised that the dealership had just received a safety notice that applied to my vehicle. He asked if while I was here for normal service, I would want them to fix the item in the safety notice - he indicated that it would take an additional 45 minutes or so. Since I drive 2 hours to be in the STL area, I very much appreciated Mike's alertness to the new issue and consideration of my time. I definitely recommend using this dealership's service department. I asked if they were aware of any recalls for this type of roof he advised he didn’t think so. When I was asking questions regarding this type of roof he was very vague on how much the cost would be. I felt as if he thought I did not know what I was talking about. I did take the car in two days early then my appointment. I called and left several messages that were never returned after I was informed that the part would take about four days to get it. I called again on Friday morning 10 days after the vehicle had been in the service department to finally get a callback an hour before they were closing to let me know that the car was done. I want to pick it up the next day I was literally just given the bill and they pulled the car up. When I got home I realize the antenna was missing from the back of the car. I found the antenna in my front seat and attached it myself. More
