disappointing and frustrating to say the least I dropped my car off on a Thursday evening for my appointment I had scheduled on Friday for 2 recalls on my car. On Friday afternoon I received a call I dropped my car off on a Thursday evening for my appointment I had scheduled on Friday for 2 recalls on my car. On Friday afternoon I received a call letting me know that my car wasn’t finished and that it would be finished mo day guaranteed. On Monday at 5:00 I had to call and ask what the status was on my car. My service rep said that many of the technicians (including the one that was supposed to work on my car) had called in sick and that they were completely booked and nobody was able to work on it that day but it would be ready the next day (Tuesday). On Tuesday I received a call letting my know my car was ready for pick up. When I went there to pick up my car there was a dent on my front bumper that was not there when I dropped it off. The manager quickly came over and assessed the damage. Unfortunately they did not have a replacement bumper to fix it right away so I will have to drop my car back off again in a few days to get it replaced. It was already an inconvenience leaving my car for 4 days and having to find ways to work/school and now I will have to do that again when I have to drop my car off for a second time. More

Just needed fixed. So. I was there a month ago for my air conditioner not working. They said it didn’t have a leak. When I took it in last week. They said there was a sl So. I paid for the rental for a day because they said they’d have my car done by Tuesday. Tuesday they call. They sent the wrong part. This is the second time in a year that they’ve miraculously gotten the wrong part. Got the car back finally. Air was working that night. By the next morning it was blowing hot again. Now they can’t get me in until the next Tuesday. And this has been going on since Wednesday. So now I have to wait a week in June with no air. Thanks More
