Quick and no hassle The service technician took the car in on time (made and appointment) for the oil change. Recommended and item that was needed. Oil change. I love that they have an Express lane for simple maintenance like oil changes. Just pull straight up and tell them what you need. The gentleman who helped me even told me there was a recall notice for my vehicle. He said it would take a little longer but they could do it then if I had some extra time. Everything was completed in about an hour and 45 minutes. I was very pleased with the timing and the fact I was able to get it all done without an appointment or having to leave my vehicle there. It's a Jeep thing! Saw the jeep I wanted on social media one day. The online sales team answered all.my questions and set me up to come in to work with them. Showed up about 5pm and drove away in my dream car a little bit later. The Service and Finance teams were awesome to work with. In fact the finance team keep working for me after the deal was already complete. They called me back a few days later and found a better deal that reduced my interest rate. Finally had a great experience buying a car. More
