Service and employees were great I bought a new Ram 1500 in Feb. 2019. I was back for a first oil change and a Linex spray in bedliner. Everything went great, I came quite a way fro I bought a new Ram 1500 in Feb. 2019. I was back for a first oil change and a Linex spray in bedliner. Everything went great, I came quite a way from Maryland Heights because this dealer goes the extra mile to take care of their customers. When I got back home I noticed only problem was I wanted to change over to synthetic oil and it looks like they used synthetic blend. I will double check next time and get Full synthetic. More

Usually for more complex issues...not everyday maintenance like oil changes, ti I have had my Dodge Dakota serviced at South County Dodge many times. Usually for more complex issues...not everyday maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, etc. They have proven to be very efficient and knowledgeable in complicated repair issues. People were nice but very incompetent. Would never shop here again or recommend anyone else to. No one can seem to do their job right or at all. Was a hassle for them to pick up my trade in and was a hassle to get the vehicle I bought licensed and registered. Also I think that I was charged way to much for my purchase and hardly given anything for my trade in. Which was a newer and nicer vehicle. When it was brought to the attention of a manager, they just said I'm sorry. Well I'm sorry doesn't cut it. Action would have spoke louder than an I'm sorry. Next time I buy a vehicle, I'm steering clear of this place. Two thumbs down! More
