Our intent had been on 'browsing' the inventory of several select models, move onward to other dealerships, and decide on committing to a purchase in the forthcoming days. But, Irfan's demeanor, professionalism, expertise, and genuine interest in finding the 'perfect' vehicle was the reason we stayed. I know that as in all business, car dealerships survive on the sale of their goods and services. So, few salespeople see beyond that goal; perhaps it is the environment, and maybe it is the individual. Ultimately, customers rarely expect anything but aggressive sales tactics, and many put up protective barriers to avoid being 'talked' into a regretful purchase. Of course, this was true for me as well. I am happy to say that I did not feel this 'sales pressure' once from Irfan. On the contrary, he wanted to know what we had been looking for and why we sought a particular vehicle. After listening to what it was that I, in particular, wanted, he went on to answer the many technical questions I had. As I learned more and more about the xxxxxxand con's of some of the equipment I thought I wanted, I realized that the vehicles we had looked at before visiting with Irfan, fell short of what I needed and at that point, desired. But, instead of leaving it at that, Irfan offered to take us out to the lot and take a look at some of the vehicles I did not consider, which did have the things I wanted. Irfan's willingness to spend time going through tens of cars, explaining each of their different packages and their benefits was impressive. It was apparent that to him, it wasn't about selling any vehicle; it was about selling the right car so that the customer would drive off feeling content not regretful about their purchase. Now, given the lack of knowledge my husband, my father, and I had about the Jeep models and their equipment, it would have been easy to convince at least one of three to purchase any vehicle that day. However, it is clear that this dealership is about more than 'selling' it is about integrity; about selling the right product to the right customer. I genuinely believe that honesty & commitment to satisfaction coupled with professional, respectful, and experienced staff is what distinguishes South County DCJR from the rest of the dealerships around Missouri. We will most definitely recommend South County DCJR and Irfan to our friends and family and revisit your inventory for all future purchases.
