I appreciate when a person selling a product knows the product inside and out. That's what sold me on buying a Jeep from this dealership. He answers his phone and has helped me everytime I had a question or concern. Jeeps wranglers sell themselves but not everyone who buys a wrangler should actually own one, that's why having a person like Mark that owns a wrangler and understands them was important to me. I didn't need to be sold I wanted to learn about all the changes and improvements from my 2012 to the new model. Mark was very informative and helpful in assisting me to order the jeep for my needs.
