I initially spoke with Mr. Ken Mc Connell./He was waiting on at least two other customers at the time. He was called away to work with one of his other customers and turned me over to a Mr. Wayne Hogue. Mr. Hogue took me through the process of the details of making the trade. He was extremely professional courteous and helpful, as was Mr. McConnell . I then spoke to Mr. Joe Julian and we completed the remainder of the transaction . Joe was very clear and professional about the most confusing aspect of making the purchase. He was extremely helpful. By the time we completed that portion of the purchase the dealership was closed. Waiting outside the dealership was Mr. McConnell. He had stayed to take me through several of the important features of the vehicle before I would be driving it off the lot . I am compelled to thank all three gentlemen for their kindness and they’re extremely professional approach to working with people ! More
