This is our third car we've purchased from these guys...Wouldn't go anywhere else! Started out great. Very clean facility, great attention to the reason for visit. Got paperwork done very quickly and efficiently. Was informed that due to volume it might be close to an hour prior to getti to the reason for visit. Got paperwork done very quickly and efficiently. Was informed that due to volume it might be close to an hour prior to getting done. That is where the issue comes in. It took over an hour and a half for me to get informed that the truck was done. I realize that things take time but am disappointed in the length of time it took to do an oil change. More

I really appreciated you guys finding the issue I was having with my vehicle but I needed the cabin filter changed and mentioned it a few times and assumed it was being taken care of but then recieved a having with my vehicle but I needed the cabin filter changed and mentioned it a few times and assumed it was being taken care of but then recieved a note in the mail saying they recommend the cabin filter and air filter being changed during my next visit. They had suggested the cabin filter at my visit before so I had asked it to be done this past time but I guess it was just overlooked. Other than that very happy with everything and will be back for service and possibly brakes at that time. Thanks for making it easy. I am not sure the name of my service tech but he was the one who figured out my issue with the corrosion and it was great because Inhad noticed the lag in acceleration and after he told me what was wrong I asked him what would happen because of it and it was exactly what I had been experiencing and I had not told him that information. At other places I have felt pressured or like they were making things up so thanks again!!! More
