Dirty/not fixed Took van in to get a warranty torque converter put because it shot crap. They replaced the part now van good in gear hard almost like it's missing mounts or loose mounts either way not pleasant. Then when we got the van back there were black Mark's and dirt all over door, radio, steering wheel, and shift knob. Very unprofessional for a dealer shop. It's not that hard to take the little extra time to clean yourself before entering and exiting vehicle and cleaning car with wipes when done. Overall disappointed for it being a dealer location. Service advisors great..techs scratching rims not so great The service advisors are professional and courteous. That we do value in a dealership. However when we specify to have the techs not to use power tool The service advisors are professional and courteous. That we do value in a dealership. However when we specify to have the techs not to use power tools on lug nuts and that is not followed it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Now I have 2 of my painted rims with scratches from power tools used during my rotation. That was my only issue and I’m confident it will be addressed. More
