I had a bad experience with another Ram dealership earlier that day, and David and the team at South County Ram were far and above a better experience. First I felt David was knowledgeable about the Ram 1500 Limited. Second and most important, I felt like David was honest and sincere. As we shook hands and parted ways he said if there is any reason I can’t give him a 10, to please give him the opportunity to make it right and I felt he truly meant that! Jeff Jackman in financing was also excellent to work with, very professional and a fun attitude. I’ll also add that we were shopping that day with our 5 year old son. Any parent will agree kids don’t find sitting at a dealership all day a great time. But David was excellent with interacting with my son, and made the sale of my truck quite quick. We were barely there 2 hours! I will definitely recommend South County Ram to anyone, and will deal with them again in the future! More

Tyler Sandoz and the entire staff made our experience great. They were very knowledgeable and patient in helping choose and finance our vehicle. I felt no pressure and got exactly what I wanted. They helped with financing and Insurance for us. Our payments ended up being way less than originally told thanks to the patience and time the finance people put in for us. We are very happy and satisfied with our purchase and absolutely recommend South County DCJR. That was the most satisfying and personal experience. Tyler went above and beyond by taking us to the bank in his own vehicle to get a cashiers check for the down payment. We cannot thank the entire team enough. Thank you all great job to all of you. Excellent as Expected, and-then-some. Bill Stock, admitted my Jeep wrangler for Air-Bag Recall as scheduled. He also suggested other factory recommended services not-yet-performed. Services were performed accurately & delivered timely. And lastly, I left my cell phone and wallet on Bill's desk after vehicle pick-up. By the time I arrived home, Bill had called my house leaving a message that he had my personal items and they were securely locked away.... Karen and Tyler are AWESOME I always go to Karen for my vehicles. Hands down the best at the dealership. This will be the second vehicle I have purchased from her in 2 years. Efficient service! I will definitely be back to visit the service center. After my visit. I plan on using them exclusively for my oil changes and other preventative main I will definitely be back to visit the service center. After my visit. I plan on using them exclusively for my oil changes and other preventative maintenance. Only one small issue is I had a tire that had a nail in it. When I got the car back it had a scuff on the wheel it was so minor they may have not noticed and I look at it as it will get scuffed throughout its lifetime. More
