Fast Lane? All was good, except you shouldn't call it an "Express lane" if you are told it will take 2.5~3 hours just for an oil change/rotation. I wasn't offered a shuttle ride and had to arrange for someone to come pick me up, but I suppose I didnt ask for it. I realized this service is available later when I picked up the car. More
