Transmission problems The dealership has been trying to resolve issues with my transmission which has been shifting hard and slow to downshift. They replaced the valve bod The dealership has been trying to resolve issues with my transmission which has been shifting hard and slow to downshift. They replaced the valve body on the first visit. The problem persisted so they replaced the transmission. Neither repair solved the issue. An additional issue, a surging when accelerating has been added with the new transmission. The service advisor informed me "Chrysler has now determined there is no issue and the system is working normally." My service advisor has been very professional throughout the entire ordeal. I have been a Ford fan for 50 years. This is my first experience owing a Chrysler product. We are not off to a good start. We love our Pacificia and we truly hope something can be done so we can enjoy many more years of ownership. More

Great customer service!! Vinny was a great salesman to work with. The finance team was amazing and Jeff was even nice enough to look over our old contract on our old vehicle to help us determine if anything needed to be cancelled. The entire experience and staff at South County Dodge was spectacular and I will be recommending many people to go and check it out. The service team and the porters did a great job getting the car cleaned up and off the show room floor so that she was ready to be driven home!! The coffee was even good!!! More
