Warranty work and factory recall Took my 2018 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon in for a factory recall and warranty work, totally unsatisfied with the whole experience. 1st off, made an appoint Took my 2018 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon in for a factory recall and warranty work, totally unsatisfied with the whole experience. 1st off, made an appointment 2 weeks out when I brought my car in to physically show the intermittent problem I was having with my “up graded” radio. Dropped off my Jeep on Sunday night, didn’t even start on it til Tuesday. Wednesday I had to call in to check the status of the repair, was told to come get in to get a loaner vehicle. I was given a Grand Cherokee. Service dept called me the very next day to tell me that they had a “ticket” called in to Chrysler and that in needed to bring the loaner car immediately and that I should take my I unrepaired vehicle home because they didn’t know what Chrysler was going to do. After voicing my concerns, they game me a lesser car... by more than half of my Rubicon. Fast forward 1 1/2 weeks later (on Wednesday)I was advised that they were going to order a new radio and it should be in by Friday. Monday comes after hearing nothing, I called to check the status and was told that the radio still had not arrived. Wednesday my Jeep was finally done. When I got home I noticed that the tire rotation that came with purchase of my Jeep, wasn’t done correctly. Firstly, one a 4 tire rotation was done when clearly the full size spare was used in rotations prior. Secondly I called to ask if the tire rotation was done, if so... how was it rotated? I was told that the tires were rotated front to rear... NOT how the owners manual states. And if I wanted to bring it back agin that would be ok.. I decided to do it myself. I feel like my advisor (Kyle) did what he could to help. More
