Surprise Made an appt at 830am. Had to wait in a long line when I got there. Took 30 minutes just to check in. Then I'm informed their oil change price went up Made an appt at 830am. Had to wait in a long line when I got there. Took 30 minutes just to check in. Then I'm informed their oil change price went up to 85 dollars since i was last in. It would be a good time to tell the customer when they make an appt prior to getting there to find out when there is such an extreme jump in price change. The customer service was nice and helpful (thus the three stars) but 2.5 hours for an oil change check in and to have a few things looked at is a bit too long. Sorry but I dont have that kind of extra time and extra money. I still need to return yet again for a part that had to be ordered. Something as simple as having one of the desks specifically for appointments and another desk for 1st available would make a big difference. Hyndaii does this with car lines at drop off. It is much more convenient. If prices werent so bad I might return since customer service was so nice More

Easy Service I came in on a Saturday morning about 10 A.M. and got my car right in for an oil change! Mike in service was awesome and took care of me quickly.
