My very first experience with the service center was with Kyle Kovar. He explained the workings of the Service Center to me and gave me a thorough understanding of the work that was performed on my new 2019 Wrangler. My second experience was with Mike Riley with the same results. The waiting room is very comfortable and I appreciate the managers coming in to get me when the work is completed while explaining all that was done.
