This Place is TERRIBLE! Where to start. I bought my car in November of 2017. I was sold on a warranty. Had a good experience buying a car with low mileage. However, after Where to start. I bought my car in November of 2017. I was sold on a warranty. Had a good experience buying a car with low mileage. However, after that, that is where everything plummeted. The person who sold us the car said that he would be calling us within the week to take care of a few scratches and minor dings on the car. Thought that was great. But, two years later, still never heard from anyone from this company. A few months ago, my battery died and I needed a new one. I had my wife take me up there to talk to the service department. I have a warranty, so thought this would be taken care of. Of course, when I get there, they claim that my warranty just ran out. They claim that I was 200 miles over the warranty to get my battery replaced. Really, 200 miles past, and you will not help me? Another problem happened a few months ago. I had a tire blow on me on my way to work. So, went back to the service department. Come to find out, they don't deal with tires. I thought this kind of odd considering when you walk into the service department, they have tires EVERYWHERE! This past week I had another problem happen to my car. Something called an "active grill shutter" is malfunctioning. I brought it to Auto Zone once my check engine light came on. My wife told me that they do free diagnostics. They print me out a piece of paper that tells me what the problem is and what the code is. I think to myself, "surely my warranty covers this." And yet, I get to the service department and they run a diagnostic for $162.00. They tell me that if my warranty covers this, then my deductible will only be $100. I thought this odd considering that I gave them a print out of a diagnostic from Auto Zone that was free. I also, told them that my FOBs were not working. They assure me that they will take care of this as well. Wouldn't you know that my warranty doesn't cover this because the problem was caused by "outside influence." What does that mean? Are you telling me that you will only cover something that just happens to break on its own? Everything breaks due to outside influence. So, to that logic, my car would have to sit there, not moving and if then something breaks, my warranty will cover it. Boy, what a great warranty! Furthermore, they didn't fix my FOBs either! I talk to the financial department, and they say that it should be covered according to my warranty. Well, at this point, I have had it with this place. The financial advisor prints me out my Safe-Guard Premier. The Financial advisor tells me that the FOB should have been fixed and also my tires. At this point I tell him to cancel my warranty, and that I am done with this place. So, long story short, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN More
