Great experience with a speical order We were looking for a new Pacifica Hybrid with the Advanced SafetyTec package near the end of one model year, but before the next model year had start We were looking for a new Pacifica Hybrid with the Advanced SafetyTec package near the end of one model year, but before the next model year had started -- to say that they were hard to come by would be an understatement. Our search started at another dealership, but we were sorely disappointed by their customer service and the value they put on our trade in, which was nearly 50% less than the Kelly Blue Book value for the condition it was in. I am so glad we decided walk away from that dealer and contact South County instead! Austin and Anthony were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, giving us a much better deal without the hassle and hard sell we experienced elsewhere. We ended up placing a factory order, and Austin updated us throughout the process. We were also trying to take delivery before the 2019 hybrid tax credit expired, and they made it happen!
