Per my Sales Agreement, I purchased a optional service for my vehicle. The Service Dept. called a couple of days after my purchase, to schedule my appointment. Service Tech Ricky Boyer kept us informed during the time our 2018 Jeep Compass was being repaired. Apparently there is time consuming diagnostics needed to determine the electrical issues.
