Per my Sales Agreement, I purchased a optional service for my vehicle. The Service Dept. called a couple of days after my purchase, to schedule my appointment. The day of the appointment, my Service Tec for my vehicle. The Service Dept. called a couple of days after my purchase, to schedule my appointment. The day of the appointment, my Service Tech met me right away, got me checked in, then directed me to the rental car office to pick up a vehicle at their expense. The whole process took less than a half hour! More

Very good experience The service rep was outstanding. I am handicapped and he assured that I was well taken care of. Service Tech Ricky Boyer kept us informed during the time our 2018 Jeep Compass was being repaired. Apparently there is time consuming diagnostics needed to determine the electrical issues.
