This visit was the worst experience I ever had at a dealership service department. Had a appointment a week in advance for 9am. Verified all my information with Tech including my phone number, called dealership service department. Had a appointment a week in advance for 9am. Verified all my information with Tech including my phone number, called back at 12:30 pm the Tech said it just went in. I will call you back. I road around the area till 3pm no phone call. Went into the service department and talked with this Tech. He said he called. No he didn't. My phone was in my hand the whole time . He then said he called the wrong number. He then said that the Jeep still needed a battery cable replaced but the Tech was gone for the day. I would have to come back tomorrow. Really the dealership is open till 6pm. So I left my Jeep there overnight. Was not offered a loaner or even a rental. There is more information to this situation that still has me upset. I feel I was lied to..Not Good. My thoughts were about trading this Jeep in, in a few months at this dealership. But now I'm not so sure. More
