The one hour express oil change was a joke. We arrived at 11 am and we were told that it would take an hour, but it was after 1 pm before we were told that service was complete. We had just overheard him say the same thing to another customer in the waiting room. Sales pitch for service?! We are going to check our owner’s manual and if it doesn’t check out, we won’t be back.
