The service advisors listen to my concerns and take me seriously. I’ve had my van in for problems with the drivers sliding door not working properly. The technicians try to find the problem. Nav system update It took two weeks to fix the issue I was having with the Nav system. Ended up replacing the entire radio. Took much too long. The second problem, aux It took two weeks to fix the issue I was having with the Nav system. Ended up replacing the entire radio. Took much too long. The second problem, aux battery not maintaining charge causing the auto start/stop from working, was assessed to be fixed by replacing the radio. This is the third aux battery replaced as well as the main battery one time. Time will tell on the aux battery problem. More
