OVERCHARGED - bill doesn't add up. Had a $50 gift certificate, they didn't know how to apply it and still got overcharged. 5 qts of oil was 6.50 a qt...1 qt of oil was 9.95 - IT HAS THE SAME PART NU certificate, they didn't know how to apply it and still got overcharged. 5 qts of oil was 6.50 a qt...1 qt of oil was 9.95 - IT HAS THE SAME PART NUMBER!!! was told $80 for an oil change - highway robbery, but ok. No that really isn't what is costs. Then they charge you for disposing of the oil @$14.54 so really an oil change is nearly $95! and then they add tax at $5.37 so really your oil change is more like $100. You really can't be serious? Never again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Only thing positive. They did get me out in an hour, as I was on my lunch. I guess that is my over charge, asking for prompt service. I def got screwed - like screwed. I wish I could give the a negative star service. Everyone got checked in the service dept, because the guy's name on the ticket - isn't even listed here, so I don't know who to check off. More
