This has been the WORST experience trying to get my car fixed under warranty. I have paid for the top extended warranty too. I had my husband call originally to set up the appt for me since I was at work. fixed under warranty. I have paid for the top extended warranty too. When I asked about a rental car (THAT IS INCLUDED IN MY WARRANTY) no one could return our calls. My husband and I left a total of 4 voicemails between rental car people and service manager. When I get there to drop my car off, I had to express how frustrated I was about the rental before I was given one. THEN I get a call the following day letting me know that one thing is covered under warranty and the other is not. I gave permission to ONLY fix the one covered with warranty. I was told I would only pay the deductible of $100. I get a text letting me know my car is ready and I owe $425 that I did not agree to. I will not recommend this dealership to any one after how frustrating this has been. Hannah Borawski More

Just purchased a 2020 AWD Pacifica. Tony Gilmore was a great salesman to work with! He was very accommodating of our schedule and worked he’s to get us as much for our trade-in as he could. Staff is knowledgeable, and very ready to help without forcing sale. My salesman Eric Thorckmorton is friendly, helpful, courteous, made buying easy.
