. My experience with South County Dodge has been abysmal. We purchased a vehicle, and the check engine light came on during the drive home from the dealership. We brought it back to be serviced (we live 50 m We purchased a vehicle, and the check engine light came on during the drive home from the dealership. We brought it back to be serviced (we live 50 miles away), and heard nothing for 10 days. After calling the dealership ourselves, they said they had no idea where our car was, and they would look for it. 3 days later, we get a call back saying it was fixed. We drive back out, pick up the vehicle, and the check engine light comes back on the same day. After speaking with a manager, he said all we could do was bring it back (50 miles one way), or pay $100 dollars to have it looked at somewhere else (since we luckily bought and paid for the extended warranty). In the end, after the GM got involved, they did make things right and paid to have the car repaired at a dealership in the town where we live. Ultimately, they did take care of the issue. More
