We have bought 5-6 vehicles fro this dealer. Salesman very nice. Gave him no. I needed to keep amount on car $25,000 or below. We gave salesman what we needed on the van. We ask about a Dodge Caravan which I have had three of them all new. Not.necessarily always color that I would have chosen except for two of them. I informed our salesman that color wasn’t a deal breaker. We were showed there. Vehicles. Dodge Caravan, White, didn’t have stow and go our separate Row was a bench seat which we did not like. Van was white, do not like white but again not deal breaker. Showed us generic of a Pacifica, then a Pacifica. We were getting ready to go and salesmen ask to look at our van. Without asking they didn’t just look at our van they drove it without telling us or asking us. We had personal things in our van, including my purse, money,etc. I did not feel comfortable with this. Then our salesman offered the Pacifica with adding DVD player for 29,000. It still was too expense even though it was a good deal. I returned with purchasing Pacifica with added DVD player and if needed larger down payment, then we would buy it for $27,000. Salesman went and presented our offer, came back and stated with $5,000 down and including DVD player we could purchase van at 27,000. We wanted to take our old van home and clean it out but salesmen stared if we did we would have to start over on the contract. I did not like how rushed this was. My husband, salesman and I clearing out my van through if things in garbage bags. I had numerous personal, financial things in my van and felt very pushed and uneasy about the deal but I trusted our salesman. As we discussed our contract it was very confusing how it was written and explained. We never gave it a thought of everything being wrong on our contract! After we left I just didn’t like how pressured we felt at the end of our agreement. As we were going home my husband stopped to get us something to eat. I told my husband that I did not feel good about what our agreement was. I then started looking at our financial paperwork. We had given $5,000 for a down payment but instead of it being a down payment it was used as an additional amount that was charged to us on our van. I immediately call the dealership but we had been three so long that it must have closed right away. This was on a Saturday. We went to just look on Saturday which was the beginning of the Coronavirus. We also found out that we no longer had 72 hours to change our mind. After many discussions and being very upset and our salesman lied to save his position we heard from Mike, sales Manger who listened to our story and corrected the situation. Mike was the reason we would possibly go to that dealership again. Why would we have agreed to a deal of an additional $5,000 over our $27,000 when the original price we were quoted was$29,000. Between myself, my husband, my daughter we have purchased 7 new cars from this dealership. The financial part of our purchase was very confusing and I am a nurse, my husband is good with financial issues. If we wouldn’t have been getting a good deal, I wouldn’t have bought this Pacifica. My van is black which is my least favorite color! I didn’t need the extract bellls and whistles on the car. I do think I have had a good deal after I had to fight for what was promised to us. I am enjoying our Pacifica but the excitement is not the same as I felt when we left South County. I have nothing but good experiences with the service department with all of our cars and would not think of taking our van or my husbands Dodge to any other shop. We were very disappointed by the results with our salesman who we felt was wonderful until he didn’t present the truth of our deal with ownership. More

He got a couple quick signatures, and sent me to the finance manager. Jeff was prepared and ready for me as well. The whole experience would have only taken about 30mins, but Jeff's office was filled with St Louis Blues Stanley Cup memorabilia. So I knew he was a #hockeyguy! We spent another 20-30mins just talking hockey! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! 5 Star all the way!! More
