I was blown away by how easy and fun buying this Jeep was. I bought 2 other cars from your dealership and am familiar with how traditional sales work. I called your dealership informing my crunch for time, my exhaustion, and my uncertainty that I had the energy to buy a new car, but wanted to explore the process as long as it was east. Rodney and Ashleigh and probably a few other people Rosé to the challenge. Over some text messages, sometimes late at night after a hospital shift, and sometimes in between patients at work, they were able to find several cars for me to consider. The coolest part was that on my day off, Rodney literally drove my new car to me and took my trade in. My kids were so excited that this broke up their isolation and my small business now has a fun new car to make deliveries. And I did not miss a day of work or time with my family! Oil change and recall 1 hour 45 minutes I was led to believe they had a lot of appts avaiable and when i arrive there are several cars in line. The recall was a software update. I assume a few minutes to flash the ecu, an oil change takes 15-30 minutes. I was shocked that it took an hour then waited and was shocked it had been an hour and a half and then asked what was going on and then it was done in 15 more minutes. I'd never go back for anything other than leaving the car overnight or for warranty work if another local dealership was unavailable. More
