We first met Ken Duckworth about 5 months beforehand when our PT Cruiser was in the service department. We were looking at new vans while ours was being worked on. When repairs to the PT Cruiser could be made at a reasonable cost, we decided not to buy at that time but Ken gave us his card for future reference. We felt very comfortable with that "meeting" and when we decided to go look again, we went back to South County Dodge to look him up. Once again, Ken gave us the time and effort to find the specific options that we wanted in the van. He explained the different purchase options so we could understand them and make our decision. Once our decision was made, Ken walked us through the process to purchase the van. He then sent us to Joe Julian to explain all warranties and options. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction and we asked a lot of questions. After the paperwork was completed and the van was prepped, Ken sat in the van with us to explain the different features. He answered any questions we had and ones we had not asked yet. He let us know that his assistance was just a phone call away. Both Ken and Joe were very personable, helpful and possessed a thorough knowledge of the vehicle and the buying process. They are an asset to South County Dodge!! We will refer friends and family to South County Dodge for vehicles! We certainly are happy with our purchase. More

Salesman, Jose Pintor, was superior, and went far above the call of duty to make sure the buying process was pleasurable. Jose spent a large amount of time during the initial test driving phase to explain all the vehicle's features, and allowed us to drive multiple cars until we were satisfied the car was right for us. In addition, Jose was very professional, yet personable, especially when he was "delivering" the cars. Notice, I said "cars." Jose did such a great job, we purchased two vehicles from him and South County Dodge! Also, I tip my cap to the Finance Director, Joe Julian. Joe was a "no pressure" financial man, however he present us with all the options that were available....quick and no nonsense approach. More
Initial contact was over the internet. Very friendly with no pressure. Set up appointment with Bruce but could not connect, He made arrangements for me to see Mason Kahle. When I arrived they where very busy but Mason greeted me within a few minutes. Mason enlisted Joe Smith to give me a test drive of the car I was interested in. Joe was very friendly and answered all my questions. After the test drive Joe and I discussed price with Mason. Again, no pressure. We agreed to a price and Joe assisted in all the paper work. I made an appointment to pick up the car the next day. Joe was there when I arrived and again helped me through the process. I then met with Joe Julian to sign the final paper work. He had me sign various documents. He answered any questions I asked but did not volunteer any information. Finally Joe Smith went with me to the car, went over in detail the various parts, controls etc., thanked me for my business and said goodbye. I was very impressed with Joe Smith. He was on his own time when I came in to pick up the car. Also he called me several days later to see how I was doing and if I had any additional questions. More
Started process over internet with Bruce Striler. He was very prompt and thorough with his replies. Once I was able to physically visit the dealership he handed me off to Ken Duckworth who demonstrated t very prompt and thorough with his replies. I will recommend both if I have the opportunity. Joe Julian completed the finance part as quickly as possible but it did seem to take a bit longer than I would have liked. More
