He was also fun! It was a pleasure to do business with him. And then to close the deal, the last person that I dealt with for all the paperwork was polite, thorough and experienced. I was very pleased with the three different people that I dealt with. I also believe that we negotiated a fair price for both my trade in and my new vehicle. I can't say the same about the people or the process or the negotiations at the other dealers that I worked with. I also had a small problem with my new car that they took care of immediately. Can't ask for more than that. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We had looked up some online. Showed him which one. He pulled it up on his computer. Then went out and pulled it around for us to look at. Did I mention it was snowing at the time? No, I didn't, and it was. We looked it over and said this is exactly what we are looking for. Went back in, did some paperwork. At this time, it was closing time, 9:00 p.m. We finished up what we could. Made arrangements to come back 2 nights later at 6:00 p.m. and by the time we left it was 9:30. Came back then, and he had everything ready for us. Saw Joe Julian, did our financing, and was out of there in about an hour. It was truly a great experience. At one point, Ken even gave us advice on a vehicle for our daughter who will be going off to college in the fall. This is someone who was very friendly and very helpful.
