Purchasing a new jeep grand cherokee I wanted to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee but the dealer did not have one on the lot with the features that I wanted. My sales person, Jose Pinto I wanted to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee but the dealer did not have one on the lot with the features that I wanted. My sales person, Jose Pintor, worked with me and ordered the exact SUV with all the features that I wanted. He didn't try to pressure me into buying one on the lot. I received the Jeep GC and everything meet or exceeded my expectation. I recommend this dealer and highly recommend Jose Pintor as your sales consultant. Another eight was purchased by friends and family that we recommended using the South County Dealership. From the first vehicle a 1987 Dodge Omni we have received professional friendly informative service on the purchases as well as the maintenance on those vehicles. We as a family have never purchased an automobile from any other dealership since relocating to St. Louis. So when the need came to replace our 2010 Dodge Caliper we stopped by South County to look at their new car inventory. We were welcomed by Ken Duckworth. He answered all the questions we had and offered to show us the two Avengers we had been looking at on South County's website. Although we were there to just look we decided to return to the showroom with Ken to discuss questions on the two Avengers and compare the options. Ken answered all our questions in a friendly and professional manner. We decided at that time to work toward purchasing the vehicle. Although we had no paperwork needed to actually buy a vehicle Ken worked with us making phone calls, telling us what was needed from us and we were able to put together a contract. We have always been very satisfied with the sales representatives at South County and Ken Duckworth was no exception. He was definitely one of the reasons why we actually bought the Avenger so quickly. Thank you Ken for making our new car purchase a satisfying no stress enjoyable experience. It was. We drove up Tuesday afternoon and guess what, sold Tuesday morning. Not a problem, "find something else you like and we'll see what we can do." They did very well! I was shopping for a 2014 Jeep Patriot, 2.4L engine, 6 speed automatic, and after the winter we all just suffered thru, I also wanted a 4X4. There were several vehicles listed. The lowest priced one caught my eye. I filled out a credit application online & got a call back to set up an approximate time to come in to the dealership. When I arrived, I was introduced to my sales rep (Adam Hoffner) who seemed to have been briefed on my new car selection. We went outside, and the Jeep I saw online & wanted, had already been moved to the new car sales showroom parking area. Adam pointed out each of the features I said I wanted. on the vehicle. We then went inside to write up the deal. No surprises there either. The price & discounts were the same as listed online. No up-selling,bait n' switch BS, No "you don't qualify for this or that discount". Anyway...the purchase went smoothly, no stress, and I was able to drive my new 2014 Jeep Patriot home the same day. we love randy brinckman i bought a dart (love it) from another sales guy - who retired. this was in oct. 2012. my husband bought a 2014 durango (LOVE IT) in nov 2013 from ran i bought a dart (love it) from another sales guy - who retired. this was in oct. 2012. my husband bought a 2014 durango (LOVE IT) in nov 2013 from randy. his mom just bought a jeep cherokee from randy. he no high pressure, honest, sincere, patient, just love him. and i am woman - i've been to other dealers and they treat me like some dumb broad. randy is respectful and treats everyone the same. thanks randy. also their service dept is top notch. my dad is retired chrysler. i am grateful he introduced me to this good crew at south county. the ladies in the office are wonderful too!!! thank you!
