Great Price & Great Customer Service My wife and I were looking to trade in our 2010 Grand Caravan on a 2015 Grand Caravan. I contacted several Dodge dealerships in the St. Louis, MO are My wife and I were looking to trade in our 2010 Grand Caravan on a 2015 Grand Caravan. I contacted several Dodge dealerships in the St. Louis, MO area to inquire about pricing. Randy Brinckman was forthright and upfront about ALL of the available rebates, discounts and fees. No other dealer was willing to give me a price over the internet until I gave them Randy's deal. They tried to get us to come in for offers that were only $100 or so less than South County. We've gotten great service from South County on our previous Grand Caravans, so a hundred bucks was chump change. Randy is a great salesperson. I simply told him what we wanted and the van was ready to go when we arrived for our test drive. He didn't change his offer or forget to mention this fee or that fee. There was no pressure to by options or warranties that we didn't want. In fact, those extras that were mentioned, were dropped from discussion when we said we weren't interested. The dealership also gave me a very fair price on my trade after a few minutes of friendly negotiations. Overall, this was an outstanding and pleasant experience on what can often time be a stressful and taxing event. Ask for Randy Brinckman when you go in to the store. He'll shoot it straight, and won't give you the run-around. More

Great experience, Ram 1500 My wife and I stopped in after work to look at Ram 1500's as we were looking for a similar model that we saw at the STL Auto Show. Tony Signaigo showed us some trucks that fit the description and we took one for a test drive. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We came back the next afternoon with the vehicle we planned to trade in and finished up the deal on the truck we wanted with Ken Duckworth. Ken was friendly, thorough, and very honest with us. We finished up with Joe Julian who was also friendly and made the financing process painless. I noticed when we got the truck home that there was a 6 inch scuff on one of the Ram cargo boxes, I called them the next day and they told me to bring it in. They were able to fix the scratch in just a few minutes! Overall this was the best car buying experience we have had. More

We searched several dealerships and even went to the St. Louis Auto Show to compare several vehicles in one place. After trying all these different SUVs, we decided on the Jeep. I had seen the commercials, and a friend told me about this dealership, so I went online and found what I liked and we drove to South County to see what it was like. We were greeted as soon as we stepped in, and after Ken helped us search for what we wanted, we drove it and that was it, we bought it. Usually car buying is a strenuous experience, but not here. It was wonderful. The paperwork process takes a bit, but with the great customer service, it did not seem so bad.
