Tim knocked this sale out of the park; He went above and beyond for me. I felt incredibly well taken care of when buying the first vehicle of my own. He made sure I was kept up to speed and that I really understood all of the steps we were taking. I felt more like I was doing business with a friend than a stereotypical salesman, and that made the deal even better for me. Although the dealership was busy (a good problem to have!), I didn't mind waiting since Mason and Mike were relaying the progress as we went along near the end. A month later I still had the problems and they did not want to repair them. After arguing with the managers and being treated terrible, they fixed the window but not the idling problem because as the sales manager said it was a "used car". More

I will never bring my jeep there for servicing again. South County Dodge needs to teach their employees how to be friendly to customers....and not pass the buck. I honestly did not need to know that my service technician went home sick and then asked for an extended leave of absence. All I needed to know is that my car was complete, but no one had the courtesy to call me when it was done...and I called for several hours and no one picked up the phone. It truly felt like no one wanted to work there and that I was bothering them in some way from check in to check out. More
