Right up front I received a high end trade value for my car, as I did before with another car deal in the years past with this dealership. After receiving my special ordered car, the salesman Tim Hard really worked well with helping me understand the new features of the vehicle. From start to finish the deal was an exciting experience buying a new car. More
Terrible service My husband purchased a car from here a little over 2 years ago. Since then the car was fine. When the battery died we took it in like it would be no b My husband purchased a car from here a little over 2 years ago. Since then the car was fine. When the battery died we took it in like it would be no big deal, However it was not.we brought it in and they changed the battery and we got it back. The car then began to not shift gears correctly and the check engine light came on. They gave us a rental and it was no big deal. When we got it back the car was still not shifting correctly and the check engine light came back on within 24hrs of us having the car back. We then again brought it to dodge, the service manager said someone only simply unplugged the battery and re set the codes so the check engine light was no longer on. But this did not fix the shifting peoblem. We left the car there again and we were told a part had to be ordered (3days time)and they would give us a rental at no fee seeing as the car was still under warrenty. We received a call a week later stating that our car had been ready for a day now and that they were not charging us for the rental. Before we could even get to the dealership to discuss the problem the money for the rental had been charged $500.00. We discussed with the manager why we were charged that amount and they stated they could no longer do anything since the card had already been charged even though we got charged twice. They also gave us the car back and stated that the car with forever have trouble with shifting. Which is not right. We were very disappointed in the service team as well as enterprise which their rental cars go through. We will no longer be purchasing or servicing a car here again. If our car continues to have the same problems we will be talking to a lawyer about the lemon law. This is just not right! More

No need for games My wife and I came in on Labor Day to look at some closeout 2015 Grand Caravans that we had seen online. We were approached by Ryan O'Leary and offer My wife and I came in on Labor Day to look at some closeout 2015 Grand Caravans that we had seen online. We were approached by Ryan O'Leary and offered assistance. After explaining what we were looking for, he went back in and retrieved the keys to several vehicles. After looking around at a few of the vehicles, he accompanied us on a test drive. Ryan was knowledgeable about the product, and was very patient with us as we also had two of our children with us. After the test drive, I told Ryan he had what we wanted, I explained to him what we needed to pay and expressed to him that we were probably slightly upside down on our trade-in. I told him if they could make the deal happen for the amount that we could afford, we would purchase the car that day. He took us into the showroom and offered us some refreshments while he ran some numbers and had our trade-in appraised. Before we even began to talk about finance options, he spent time with us going over the whole deal and making sure we were getting all available discounts, rebates, etc. Only after all of the terms were set did we begin talk about financing. At no time did he try to get us into a more expensive vehicle by extending payment terms. Ryan was very accommodating and polite, not trying to add on a lot of extras after the deal had been agreed upon. After completing a credit app and getting approval, we went in to see the finance manager Joe. Joe was also very professional, making sure we understood all of the terms. Joe did try to sell us an extended warranty while doing our paperwork, but wasn't pushy or insistent in any way. We wound up paying exactly what we wanted, no added fees or extras that magically appeared on our finance agreement, with very agreeable terms and left as completely satisfied customers. Based solely upon the professionalism and courtesy of the employees I interacted with, I would give the dealership 5 stars. However, I would recommend perhaps a TV in the customer lounge and maybe a small area for kids to play in, as some other dealers have. It was labor day, the kids were out of school and they had to come with us. While I understand that it is absolutely not the dealership's responsibility to entertain children, there are going to be times when the whole family shows up to shop for cars and a small play area sure would have come in handy. No matter how efficient, the car buying experience always involves some waiting around. The only other comment is that while no one likes being bombarded by a pushy salesperson, it would have been nice to get some help a little faster. Part of this is no doubt due to the fact that the cars we were interested in were parked very far from the building and it may have taken some time for the sales team to even notice we were out there. I will most definitely go back if I'm ever shopping for another Chrysler product. More

But working with the salesman Tyler and Finance Director Joe renewed my faith in dealerships. The Sales Manager (Mike I think) was very nice as well. They all weren't just nice, they answered every question (I had plenty because I had done my research), and I never felt pressured. My only complaint is how long it took from deciding what I wanted to actually signing final papers, but the sales manager did keep me informed that my paperwork was in the line, waiting for a finance person to start their process. Tyler helped me find the right vehicle and even grabbed my umbrella out of my trade-in when I left it there by mistake, and found a phone charger for me when my phone died. I've used their service dept for my husband's truck and I'm sure there will be great service there as well. More
AMAZING. My husband and I drove 3 hours spent a total of 10 hours at the dealership and left with a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Our salesman was Tyler Sandoz and he worked his butt off to make sure we got what we wanted. I also have to say that Mike the sales manager and Joe the finance guy was both wonderful. They too bent over backwards to help us. We were treated so good that I brought my daughter up 3 days later and she bought a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Tyler. And again we were treated amazingly. I sincerely hope Tyler will be there when I go back in a few years for another new vehicle. More
