Terrible service and very rude in service department I bought 2 vehicles here and will never again do business with the dealer. No return phone calls and my vehicle sat for 2 days without being looked at I bought 2 vehicles here and will never again do business with the dealer. Buyer Beware They claim to want to help you get out from being upside down but they only are on the inventory they need moved. I filled out an application on the D They claim to want to help you get out from being upside down but they only are on the inventory they need moved. I filled out an application on the Dodge website for a Challenger. I was contacted by Nate Koonce from South County Dodge. I explained to him we are very upside down due to previous dumping of land onto another and needed help. He says to come in let them appraise my trade, test drive and let them surprise me. Nate knew we were upside down however he was off the day so he says to ask for Bruce who has all my information. Bruce gives me to a new guy who I have to re-explain everything to. New guy comes back with a wholesale offer on my trade in. Now how can you help someone get for upside down offering wholesale? Did they even communicate or listen to my situation? Either way, stay away from this dealership! You surprised me all right. Surprised me by insulting me. I will not be back and recommend anyone who's reading this to go to one of the several other Dodge dealerships near them, plenty to choose from so they shouldn't treat people like this. More
