Good experience I needed to upgrade to 4wd with towing for our new boat; and got a fair deal with South County Jeep. I ended up with more than I thought I could get for my money; and having purchased a new Toyota in 2015 it was a must to get a VERY good deal on the new car in 2016. They were not pushy, and Jeff Taylor my sales person was great. When I bought the Toyota, they handed me the key and waved bye and I was on my own. Jeff took his time and presented the Cherokee top to bottom and showed me how to use each feature. It was a good buying experience and I love the new car. I tested another car there with Mike Chorba and he was very personable as well. Great staff! More

I had enough on my mind with the hospitalization of my 90 year mother without having to worry about what was wrong with my vehicle. Mr. Lafferty was professional and at the same time emphatic with my situation. If the rest of your organizational staff is like Mr. Lafferty, you will have no problem getting repeat customers. easy and complete I started out with warranty problems on a 2014 Ram Limited Eco Diesel. Went to two other dealers [one was the dealer I bought the truck from] before I I started out with warranty problems on a 2014 Ram Limited Eco Diesel. Went to two other dealers [one was the dealer I bought the truck from] before I showed up at South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. I had a nightmare going on. The other dealers were creating more problems than solving. They gave me the runaround for over 4 months, telling me "not covered, factory denied", yet 80K left on a bumper to bumper warranty. While waiting for parts to come in from the other dealer [to repair parts they damaged while attempting to do warranty repairs] I went to South County Chrysler for an oil change. About 2 hrs later I received a call from service to please come back to the shop. Factory problem with the engine block, catastrophic failure, need a new motor! South County Chrysler got the motor, put it in, did it all in 10 days, did a tremendous job, left the truck immaculate and running great and all under warranty, no questions! THANK YOU SO MUCH SERVICE TECHS AND MECHANICS I had a lemon, no doubt about it, in 5 months 41 days in the shop and out of service. I was done and decided to get a new truck. The service manager must have talked to the sales manager, when I went in to look at a new truck, they knew exactly what was going on and the history of the truck. I was given a more than fair deal on my trade in and purchase price on the new truck. [You will never hear me say I received a good deal from a Car Dealer] These guys are on it from the front of the house to the back and they communicate very well with each other. YOU CAN BUY A NEW CAR ANYWHERE BUT TO GET GREAT SALES AND BETTER SERVICE IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE THESE DAYS. More
