Wonderul experience! Our first new vehicle purchase. After having a deal fall thru at another dealer who agreed on the price and we had an appt to close on the deal , bank Our first new vehicle purchase. They played it up like they couldn't of possibly agreed on that price. While having 3 different salesmen trying to pressure us to make another deal. I said NO we are done here and that was that. So I started looking online again trying to find another vehicle. Called South County by pure luck got Sara Batchelor, who was wonderful She said let me see what I can do to make this purchase happen and she does what she says she'll do. We went there drove the Vehicle, while being treated like real people and not a pawn piece in some of those games that 90% of the sales people play. Sara stayed with us thru the whole process. The next day we was driving it off the lot! I highly recommend her and this dealership. I am really impressed how easy she made this for us! I will definitely look for her on our next purchase! More
