I have purchased my last three vehicles from this dealership and have had all my vehicle maintenance done here but never again! Also, I brought my car in to the express around noon and was told it would take a couple of hours. I called at 4:00 and they had not started on it yet. Finally at 5:20 they called to say it was ready. I am so disappointed I have always recommended this dealership to others but when I trade my car in this fall it won’t be here. 5 quarts of oil is around $20 and I was charged $44.10 for 6 quarts... what ?!!! The service people are rude and condescending. I bought a warranty on my used suv and they wanted to charge me $180 just to check to see if the warranty would cover damage.
