Bad customer service I was late that's my fault, but I was kept waiting 2 hours for nick to send his associate out to send us home,promised a phone call and didn't get on I was late that's my fault, but I was kept waiting 2 hours for nick to send his associate out to send us home,promised a phone call and didn't get one, called back he would not take my call. I will be buying a car but not from nick or this dealership. Horrible experience. More

A brand new car I work d with Nick on a promotion I received. I had a trade which I was still under financial obligations , but with his help I was able to leave that I work d with Nick on a promotion I received. I had a trade which I was still under financial obligations , but with his help I was able to leave that day with a brand new Jeep !!! He and the finance gentleman we're very starlight up honest and let me know in full what my payments trade in and rebates would be... I was very much on the fence about a new car and Nick told me he would prfer I sleep in it and then make a decision.. I am a previous don brown customer and never felt I was anything other than a sale!! I agreed and went out to my car and thought about it as I knew if I left I'd talk myself out of it even though I needed a new car asap... well about 10 min later I came back in and made my purchase after he made sure I was ready to make the commitment!! First time ever I did not feel pressured at all!! Awesome job nick!! I love my new ride 👍👍👍👍 More

Needle In A Haystack My name is Donald and I have been trying to find a dealership that was able to work with the dismal level of credit that I have along with the fact th My name is Donald and I have been trying to find a dealership that was able to work with the dismal level of credit that I have along with the fact that I had absolutely no money down. It was like trying to find "A Needle In A Haystack"... I have traveled all over St. Louis Missouri to no avail. When I received a text message from a young lady named Tosha. It said, "Hey! This is Tosha, with South County Dodge. I have your application. If you would like me to get you into a car, please call or reply to this text ASAP. Let's talk and get you into a vehicle now! :)" I did reply and told her the conditions that I would require in order to purchase a vehicle. She told me that they have lenders willing to work with virtually any situation and their credit repair department were excellent at finding lenders to provide customers with a 2nd chance to repair their credit. Tosha, Steve and Kevin all but promised they would get me into something nice and affordable. They made a believer and a customer for life out of me. Thanks I will see you all in 18 months... More
