No navi I regret buying a Dodge after dealing with this particular business. First, a week into my new purchase, my maps app stops working COMPLETELY. No navigation available. So I call this dealership and try to schedule an appointment. I'm transferred to a voice mail machine. I leave a message. A week goes by and no answer. I call again and AGAIN am transferred to a voice mail machine. This is a very simple fix, and it sucks that I have to drive farther away to get service because this business is so poorly run! If you have any desire to correct this issue, my phone number is on your voice mail machine! :) also- unsure of which "sarah" I dealt with on the phone multiple times, so you all get selected. More
Went lookin for used and bought new 11/27/16 I was looking for a good used jeep, did not want to spend a lot of money. Walking the used car lot when Ken McConnell asked if he could help and what kind of vehicle I was looking for. We spent 20 minutes walking the lot and sitting in 3 vehicles that I liked. Went home checked the internet listings for new and used Renegades and Patriots. Found new last year 2016 models with incentives provided better price and warranty. The next day I called Ken to make sure all incentives were available to me. I found out that since I was not turning in a leased vehicle $1000 was not available to me. 11/30/16 I told the wife I was going to buy a 2016 Renegade. I called Ken to let him know the wife and I were going to first stop by another Jeep dealer to see if they could beat his discount, (no one would give a sales price). Ken said if you stop by the other dealer your going to buy. I said no I am going to buy from whoever gives me the best discount. We were on our way to the other dealer when my cell phone rang, it was Ken. He informed me that he had doubled our previous offer discounting the sales price. This was just like the Godfather making me an offer I could not refuse. Great place to shop, deals can be had. More

I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4, that unknowingly to me, needed a new tr Very disappointed in this dealership and management. I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4x4, that unknowingly to me, needed a new transmission. I purchased the vehicle with approximately 45 miles on the engine and it went into the repair shop, where it currently sits, with approximately 180 miles on the engine. It's been in the repair shop (closer dealership) for two weeks and still there. Mike Mattingly, the Sales Manager said there was nothing they could do to replace or refund the vehicle since we took it to another dealership to have it repaired. He suggested we contact that dealership. I called Jeep Customer Care prior to taking it in for repair and they told me I could take it to any Jeep dealership, which we decided to take it to the closest due to time constraints. Mike Mattingly also said that my Jeep is now considered used, even though we haven't title it yet, and they would take a loss on it when reselling. Jeep Customer Care says they can't deem whether or not the vehicle has lost value due to a replaced transmission after 180 miles only. And they told me to contact the Sales Manager where I bought it for resolve. This wasn't the only issue with the transaction, the internet manager agreed to a price over the phone and when I arrived to sign the paperwork, the salesman informed me that it would be another $299. As part of the deal, the salesperson agreed to ship all weather mats to me as they had none in stock. After waiting about a week, I called the salesperson. His response was they had arrived but could I come pick them up as they would cost too much to ship and he would have to pay for shipping out of his pocket. This dealership experience has been incredibly disappointing to say the least. Mike Mattingly later did refund the $299 and he did send a carrier out with the mats. It would be appreciated and welcome if he would replace the Jeep or refund me. It's a tad frustrating to buy a NEW vehicle to have it immediately require MAJOR repairs, be sitting in a shop for an indeterminate amount of time and the dealership not rectify the matter by not taking the vehicle back. More

We had no idea what we were looking for when we came but knew it was time for a couple new vehicles. Gordon Martin went over and above to make sure we test drove every vehicle that came even close to what we were looking for and even made suggestions of what may be of interest to us. He kept us comfortable while all the paperwork was being processed and provided refreshments & WiFi for the kiddos. The finance team was super, even stayed 3 hours late to make sure we closed on both of our deals. Hats off to you Kirk Moore & Jon Stubblefield!!! Not only did they make the fiance happy, because sometimes that is hard to do when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle but they made it a very Merry Christmas for my little girl. She had no idea that she was getting a new car for Christmas. You guys are AMAZING and we will be back! We cannot thank you guys enough!!! More

After deciding to purchase and on which model I wanted he worked through all the set up with me, explained everything on the dash and how everything works. He provided me a cell phone number and the offer of any further assistance I might need. Frank who worked on the finance was also wonderful and worked very hard to accomodate my budget, making suggestions but never pushing available warranty and insurance plans. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and professional I will recommend the dealership as well as both Mike and Frank to everyone I know. More
