Surprisingly excellent customer service I must admit that myself and my husband have put off buying a new vehicle for YEARS and one of the main reasons was that we have had unpleasant experi I must admit that myself and my husband have put off buying a new vehicle for YEARS and one of the main reasons was that we have had unpleasant experiences with Car Salesmen in the past which included one at this dealership so when I met Tyler I was skeptical to say the least. In fairness the last time we visited this dealership was approximately 15 years ago. The day that I decided that I did NOT want to ride another day in a van that had no air conditioning it was somewhere around 100* outside with humidity that made you feel like you couldn't breathe! Tyler walked up and introduced himself, I ask him to show me some vans. Right away I notice he was so genuine and easy to talk to. We took a walk through the lot and after viewing a few vehicles I ask him to show me the Dodge Journey. He was professional but friendly, he must be a part of a new generation of salesmen that are actually nice and real! As we walked I had explained to him that the reason my husband wasn't with me was that we had an autistic son and just the thought of bringing my sweet son to a dealership for the sometimes lengthy process of purchasing a new vehicle had been enough to keep us from even shopping! He was kind and understanding and agreed to take care of as much of the process as possible before we had my husband come in. We finished everything possible before my husband came in with our son to sign the final paperwork. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle shop South County Dodge and Jeep & if your shopping for new ask for Tyler, you won't be disappointed! My days of driving to the country for a nice salesman are over, I now know that I can receive excellent customer service from an friendly, approachable salesman right up the street! More

Mike worked with over email to assess the value of our trade and what he could do on the new vehicle purchase. I asked straight forward questions and Mike gave me straight forward answers. Just the way it should be. There was no beating around the bush. We purchased a New Pacifica and I can say we are thrilled with the purchase. We have taken 2 long road trips in it, and it has provided us with over 32 mpg highway. Way over the stated 27 mpg stated on the window sticker. Plenty of room for all our stuff. If you have kids I highly recommend taking a look at this vehicle!!
