Great sales/tradein experience; average finance experience Knew what I want and Randy found it exactly. I have family in the used car business. Always bought from them and never bought a new car before. Once Randy found what we wanted it was time to settle on a price. I spent hours researching the true market value of the vehicle. I came in with printouts of similar Jeeps, NADA reports, Blue Book reports, etc. Didn't need it. Randy's first offer I believe was more than fair. Gave me exactly what I asked for my trade it, which was a fair value. Great experience with the sales staff and Randy. The finance guy, I did not appreciate. My credit is >800 and he offered me something like 6+%. He seemed "surprised" when I told him I was preapproved for <4%. Only after "checking again" did he give me a rate of less than 4%. I did not trust him. Excluding the finance guy, great experience, especially with Randy. I will recommend the dealership, Randy, and the rest of the sales staff. I will be a return customer. I will not, however, finance through the dealership again. More

Over its life I've performed most light to medium service work, but I leave the big stuff to the professionals. I was pretty sure my latest problem meant I would be looking at new Jeeps, but Dave and his technicians diagnosed and solved the problem, and now it runs better than it has in a couple of years. I'm generally leery of service centers having had problems in the past, but Dave was easy to talk to, personable, understanding. He described the problems and solution, and then kept me up-to-date on progress. I'm happy to be back in my Jeep and am confident in the work performed. Thanks! More
