this dealer is a joke. here's how it works. they will agree to lower the price of the vehicle, but when you finance it. their "finance company" won't sell you at the price. They will add $1-$3k on top of agree to lower the price of the vehicle, but when you finance it. their "finance company" won't sell you at the price. Sixteen days after buying a car from here, it completely shut off on a freeway, leaving me in the middle of traffic. On one occasion they broke my radiator putting in an "new"alternator! They definitely try to take advantage of women and underestimate my knowledge of car sales, warranties, repairs and fixes. Things that shouldn't have to repeatedly asked for such as service records, full detailed information on there "5 year, 100,000 mile warranty". (Which I still haven't received) I am now 35 days in to owing my xxx. I had to call my finance company to use there warranty bc after breaking my radiator, the alternator FAILED AGAIN (break down #2). I sent it to Suntrup Kia to have the alternator and radiator repaired. My Catalytic Converter has been a known repair since the 3rd day off the lot when my engine light came on. Took it to Lindbergh Auto and Tire who South Country out sources to for jobs they can't complete. Was given a reciept for a new cat, (old parts) and xxx broke down 1 hour after I picked it up. Bought a 2004 F150, vehicle looks to be in great shape, but customer care lacking for sure. Deric kept running back and forth to Dan I guess he was the guy to get the approval from. The online price was 1000$ more than what was listed on the website, small print says price after a grand down. Dealer promised to fix driver's seat which they did, like a 10 year old sewed it shut... Also asked for a detail because the truck was not vacuumed or cleaned prior to purchase. Also asked for a replacement Westin step pad, one was missing. So they ripped one off another truck and stuck it on, ok. Had to come back a few days later to drop off the truck and get the seat sewn and detailed. They made me leave it overnight even though it was dropped on their lot before they even opened. Went back to pick up, seat was done... But some chemical was sprayed in the truck and it was not detailed, the carpet had not even been vacuumed. I crumbled a cracker in the floor board behind the driver seat and the cracker pile was still on the carpet 2 days later. I just got in the truck and left mad. When I got home from the dealership the 3 time, 26 miles each way, and a whole tank of gas, I noticed the Westin pad on the step bar was gone. When they ripped it off the other vehicle evidently they didn't get the mounting clips off that vehicle, and they just stuck the prongs in the holes. There is no way that that pad could just come off if properly installed. 30 bucks, just flushed down the toilet, and the detail to vacuum and shampoo the seats, clean the interior and wash all the doors and cup Wells which are filthy will cost me about 80 bucks, add the wasted tank of gas 45 bucks and I'm out about 155 bucks just to get back to zero. As for the seat repair, it is sewn shut, but they didn't even bother to put any stuffing in the hole and the first time I slid off the seat to jump out of the truck the seat wire grabbed ahold of my right rear pocket of my jeans and ripped it off. As well the paperwork was/ is messed up. My parent co signed for me, and all of the vehicle paperwork came in his name and went to his address, so I had to drive another 25 miles one way to get it. I am not driving back to the dealership again without compensation to get this fixed. I am very upset. I feel like they saw a woman and just disrespected me like I wouldn't notice everything they said they would do but didn't, and side step the wrong information on the paperwork. Deric made me an deal on the vehicle, and then Dan was surprised, Jeff promised repairs, and it is like they didn't even talk to each other at all. When I went to sign my paperwork they even had my name wrong. :( Fast forward now we are in just about 12 weeks, a new fuel pump, 791 dollars, a wheel hub assembly and a tie rod, 353 dollars and a new catalytic converter 1102 dollars. The warranty company was BS and I got my money back, but the truck has been in the shop almost as much as it has been on the road. Haven't even driven it 1500 miles, and evertime I try to recover my free detail job they owe me, the truck breaks down. Don't do it for sure. My mechanic stated that that vehicle passing inspection was a pencil whip job,no way that wheel him assembly screaming evertime I made a left turn would have ever passed. 2246$ in repairs thus far, SCAP felt bad and gave me back 150$. Plus got my warranty $ returned. More

When i mentioned this to them they said they would replace it BUT this was after i told them something else didnt work on the car that they had already SUPPOSEDLY fixed. I requested to have the parts and take to my own mechanic for fixing because i knew they would be getting old parts without warranty. I was told i could not do that. Fast forward, my alternator went out (it happens right?) I enrolled in this extended warranty for all MAJOR parts of the engine which i specifically told the salesman this. However, when the alternator went out he selected SEALS AND GASKETS to be covered NOT the other alternate choice which was THE ALTERNATOR. Who in their right mind would pick seals and gaskets over a alternator or air conditioning unit being covered I dont know!!! I thought i had got an amazing deal on a car BUT it turned out i got taken advantage of. I have a very nice looking car but when people ask me where i got it from i tell them YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW! I even removed the license plate cover that has their dealership on it. I will never step in their doorway again. I hope and pray no one close to me or someone i dont know would deal with them. Their low stars speaks for itself. More
